At ZIMA Dental UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ZIMA packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
